Hi there! I am a proud single mother of four, juggling the challenges of parenthood, a full-time job, and studying for my Bachelors Degree in Psychology specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Life has its ups and downs, but I’m constantly striving to balance it all while learning, growing, and finding moments of joy along the way.

As a mom, I know the struggle of managing finances, tackling anxiety and depression, and making time for self-care while trying to be there for my kids. It’s not always easy, but I’ve learned that taking small steps toward mental and emotional well-being can make a huge difference.

I am passionate about understanding the mind, which is why I’m diving into psychology, and I aim to use that knowledge to not only help my children but to also nurture myself. Through it all, I’ve found comfort in my love for food whether it’s cooking meals for my family, discovering new recipes, or simply enjoying a delicious meal with loved ones. Food has become both a form of self-care and a source of joy.

This space is a reflection of my journey – the highs and lows, the lessons learned, and the things that keep me going. I hope to connect with other single parents who are navigating similar struggles and share what works for me in terms of finances, mental health, self-care, and, of course, food.

Thanks for stopping by, and I hope you find something here that resonates with your own story.
